When you submit a notice to Mani Pinboard, you may provide:

- Your village name
- A contact number, email address, or website (optional)
- Your email address for admin contact purposes (optional, never published)
- An uploaded image
We do not collect any data from people who simply browse the notice board.

- To display your notice on the public board (once approved)

How long we keep your data
Notices are automatically removed on their expiry date, or within 7 months of posting if no expiry is set. You may request removal of your post and any associated data at any time by contacting us.

Mani Pinboard does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics. The only cookies used are essential session cookies required for the admin panel to function. These are not set for regular visitors.
